4. string.Format()を補間文字列に置き換える

.String.Formatは生成される文字が評価、検証されるまでは、その内容が分からないため、ミスを誘発しやすいというデメリットがある。また、引数のインデックスを間違いやすい。
   補間文字列は最初に":math:`\ \{\}"をおく。`
